BSL-3 Laboratories

BSL-3 laboratories are significant investments, and every laboratory building is unique. Combining a design with modern high-performance systems, a fast paced construction schedule, and a fixed budget can lead to a building that does not perform safely and as intended.

Our involvement and ability to work with project team and understand complex laboratories is one of the most cost-effective means of improving BSL-3 laboratories. Chemistry Laboratories

Chemistry and many other laboratories have been using commissioning as a tool to ensure that their quality standards are met. Our focus is to identify the specific needs of the owner rather than to dictate a rigid commissioning process. Components of chemistry labs need to interact in order to perform their tasks successfully. Cyclotron / Radiation Facilities

Radioactive research technology for medical applications has been fast growing. As part of the development, cyclotrons and associated MEP systems are being installed. Proper use of these systems is critical for the protection of the equipment and the people in and around the facility.

We know first-hand of the specific needs through our experience commissioning a cyclotron facility at the University of Pennsylvania. Our early involvement further refined the system and optimized the reliability of the operations.

Our involvement with pharmaceutical and production facilities is an important step in production: it will contribute to reliability, safety, increased output volume, and lower the cost of production. Having satisfied the requirements of the end-users, through initial planning, installation, and commissioning of the facility, as well as offering training we will meet our goals as well as yours.
