Aircuity Demand Controlled Ventilation Study
STPCx performed a Needs Assessment of the Energy Saving Opportunities with of the Facilities and Real Estate Services (FRES) and the center for Health and Human Services (HHS) at the University of Pennsylvania.
Stemmler AHU Investigation
Ventilation in reality it is expensive and often used inappropriately. Efficient management of air handling components can lower energy costs and improve space conditions. A feasibility investigation was performed by STPCx and executed by UPENN Facilities Personnel for future work.
Commissioning
Williams Hall Classroom Facility
STPCx provided Commissioning services of all HVAC systems, including AHU installation, demand control ventilation (Aircuity), temperature control, and life safety / emergency system testing.
Chemistry 1858 Teaching Laboratory
The existing laboratories were in desperate need of a renovation. A new AHU, Phoenix Control Systems, lighting, and upgraded benches were part of the commissioning scope in two phases, Phase I and Phase II.
